Mt. Joy Signal To Island Data, Release New Single ‘Lemon Tree’

Mt. Pleasure are back again with a new one, “Lemon Tree,” out now via Island Records. The track, which is accompanied by a dreamy, psychedelic-fashion tunes online video, boasts luminous guitar underlining a head-nodding beat, just before an off-kilter riff and saccharine refrain get hold.

“It’s about knowing that you can not improve the earlier, but if you can get the job done on being a power of positive electrical power for many others you can be rewarded with the privilege of shifting on,” Matt Quinn reveals. “I was drawn to that phenomenon when you’re contemplating of somebody you have not spoken to in a although and that individual texts you or reaches you in some bodily way. At my most spiritual, I believe there’s some thing about our vitality that connects us. When you lean into beneficial electricity, you are rewarded for producing pleasure for people all-around you. ‘Lemon Tree’ is about the energy of our connection by means of this power.”

Right after amassing more than 50 % a billion streams and earning common acclaim from NPR, Billboard, Rolling Stone, The Line of Best Fit, and more, Mt. Joy have just introduced their US Headlining “Orange Blood” 2022 Tour (with particular attendees Grammy-nominated West Coastline singer-songwriter Madison Cunningham, L.A. dependent indie-folks trio Wilderado, and The Brook & The Bluff).
